Most often, food vans and commercial trailers use fiberglass and EPS/XPS filler multilayer panels, which meet sanitary requirements, have a beautiful design and have good insulating properties. This creates a high-quality product that meets all your expectations at an optimal price. When building on a ready-made trailer platform, we use the following materials:

Walls and roof: fiberglass and XPS/EPS filler multilayer panels are made by vacuum pressing. These panels are moisture resistant, have good heat resistance, impact resistance and are light, so the trailer is not overloaded.

Floor: fiberglass and plywood or sandwich panels of insulating material, which are strong and resistant to moisture.

Assembly: aluminum construction is used for the frame joints, which is light and strong. All connecting nodes are well thought out to be maximally strong and aesthetic.

Processing: we use large-format CNC automatic control and high-pressure vacuum pressing machines to manufacture trailers. This equipment allows the production of strong, long-lasting multi-layer panels, as well as the precise processing of various nodes (edges, doors, windows, etc.), thus obtaining a high-quality product.
